We are an authorised retailer of Orient & Orient Star watches and therefore full manufacturer warranty is included.

TUS Watches Extended Warranty

At TUS Watches, we stand behind every watch we sell. In addition to the official manufacturer warranty provided by Orient, we include an extra 1 year of warranty coverage through TUS Watches at no additional cost.

What this means for you

When you purchase an Orient watch from TUS Watches, your coverage becomes:

  • Orient Watches:

    • 1 year official manufacturer warranty

    • + 1 additional year provided by TUS Watches

    • Total coverage: 2 years

  • Orient Star Watches:

    • 2 year official manufacturer warranty

    • + 1 additional year provided by TUS Watches

    • Total coverage: 3 years​

This extended coverage gives you additional peace of mind beyond the standard manufacturer guarantee.

How the extended warranty works

During the manufacturer warranty period, any covered issue will be handled in accordance with Orient’s official warranty terms and service network.

Once the manufacturer warranty period ends, the TUS Watches extended warranty continues your protection for a further 12 months. If your watch experiences a mechanical fault due to defects in materials or workmanship during this period, we will arrange inspection and repair through our trusted watch service partner.

What is covered

The TUS Watches extended warranty covers:

  • Mechanical movement faults

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

  • Functional issues affecting timekeeping or operation

What is not covered

The extended warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Water damage due to improper use

  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or discoloration

  • Watch glass, straps/bracelets, or batteries

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

Making a warranty claim

To make a claim under either the manufacturer warranty or the TUS Watches extended warranty, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the fault if possible
