We want you to be completely happy with your watch. If it isn’t quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

As long as the watch is unworn and in its original condition, we’ll process your return quickly and keep you updated throughout the process.

How to Return Your Watch

1. Complete the Returns Form
Download and complete the returns form and include it in your parcel.

2. Package Your Watch Securely
Ensure the watch is returned in its original box with all packaging, tags and protective stickers still attached.

3. Send Your Return
Post your item using a tracked delivery service to the return address provided on the form.

Once we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the watch must be:

✔ In original working condition
✔ Unworn with no scratches or marks
✔ Bracelet unaltered (not resized)
✔ Returned with the original box and packaging
✔ All protective plastics and tags still attached

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days

• Funds are returned to your original payment method

• Your bank may take 3–5 additional days to display the refund

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange a watch instead of refunding it?
Yes - simply indicate your preferred replacement on the returns form.
