TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the TUS Watches website and the purchase of products from TUS Watches. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us
TUS Watches is a UK retailer of genuine watches. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean TUS Watches.

2. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. An order is accepted only when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud is suspected, pricing or stock errors occur, or payment cannot be authorised.

3. Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP. Although we aim for accuracy, genuine pricing or description errors may occur. If an obvious error is identified before dispatch, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment
Payment is taken when an order is placed. If we cannot fulfil your order, any payment taken will be refunded.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. 30-Day Returns
You may return unused, unworn products within 30 days of delivery. Watches must be returned with all original packaging, tags, protective films, manuals and accessories. Bracelets that have been resized or watches showing signs of wear are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

7. Faulty Products
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Warranty
New Orient watches include the official 3-year manufacturer's warranty. TUS Watches also provides an additional 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects where applicable. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, impact damage, water ingress caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, batteries, straps, bracelet stretch, scratches, crystal breakage, magnetism, unauthorised repairs or modifications.

9. Mechanical Watches
Mechanical watches naturally gain or lose time. Performance within the manufacturer's stated tolerances is not considered a defect.

10. Water Resistance
Water resistance is not permanent. Gaskets deteriorate over time. Crowns must always be fully secured before exposure to water. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow manufacturer guidance is not covered by warranty.

11. Product Information
Images are illustrative. Colours and natural materials, including meteorite, mother-of-pearl and leather, may vary from the images shown.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by or licensed to TUS Watches and may not be copied without permission.
​
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to this, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
​
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, courier disruption, severe weather or government action.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
